As early as a few years ago, Qinghan INT’L began to pay attention to green environmental protection, and set up the environmental protection certificate application group. Through the efforts of the whole company, we has obtained ISO certification, FSC certification, OEKO-TEX certificate and GRS certification.
With these certificates, Qinghan INT’L can meet customers’ demand for 8 major recycled garment accessories, such as woven label, printed label, embroidery patch, leather patch, silica gel patch, TPU patch, webbing and hang tag, and realize the unification of commercial value and social value. Qinghan INT’L will be in the purchasing, production, sales and other links in strict accordance with the relevant certificate system document requirements, to provide a strong guarantee for customers.
GRS
The Global Recycling Standard (GRS) is an international, voluntary and comprehensive product standard that sets out third-party certification requirements for recycling content, production and marketing chains of custody, social responsibility and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions. The goal of GRS is to increase the use of recycled materials in products and reduce/eliminate the hazards caused by their production.
Qinghan INT’L has seven kinds of products passed GRS certificate, such as printed label, woven label,webbing, leather patch, TPU patch, silicone patch, embroidery patch. This means that we have obtained a green pass in the field of clothing accessories, indicating that the silica gel, TPU, yarn, leather and other raw materials we use are environmentally friendly.
FSC
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) was established in 1993 as a non-profit international organization initiated by World Wide Fund For Nature. Its mission was to bring together people around the world to solve Forest damage caused by illegal logging. It advocates responsible management and development of forests and encourages forest owners, operators and the entire supply chain to practice sustainable development through certification.
As a new mechanism to promote sustainable forest management, FSC has been widely recognized by the international community. In the past 20 years, FSC has won the reputation of “the most rigorous” and “trusted forest certification system”, becoming the forest certification system with the largest number of certificate holders in the world.
OEKO-TEX Certificate
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX is a universal, independent testing and certification system, and is the world’s most authoritative and influential textile eco-label. For all processing of textile raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, and all the material tested for harmful substances (banned azo dyes, carcinogenic and sensitized dyes, pesticides for natural fiber textiles, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), organotin compounds, chlorinated phenols, phthalates, PFOS, PFOA, surface lubricant residues (APEO) and more than 300 other tests.) It not only covers important legal and regulatory requirements, also includes chemicals that are harmful to health but are not regulated by law, as well as medical parameters that keep the human body healthy.
