Repeat customer my order arrived in good condition patches are beautiful. I have Not ironed them on yet but they appear to be in excellent condition for pressing and sewing on. Amy is my contact person,She is very responsive to messages and always takes good care of me. My order always comes within two weeks and ships out a few days after ordering. Qinghan is my go to company for patches. Prices are fair. I love that I can order without having to contact them unless I have questions. 1. If I already have a design, how can I start my custom order?
You can easily get started by contacting our professional sales manager via our website, WhatsApp, or email. Simply share your requirements and upload your artwork. Our team will provide you with one-on-one service, a tailored production plan, and a detailed quotation. We also offer a complimentary digital sample proof to help you launch the process quickly.
2.What if I only have an idea but no artwork? Can Qinghan help me with design?
Absolutely! Our skilled design team can create custom solutions tailored to your brand identity and requirements. We provide free artwork design and unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity starts from 100 pieces, making it flexible for small-batch requirements. It’s worth mentioning that while some suppliers advertise “1 piece MOQ,” the cost of one piece is usually almost the same as our 100-piece price, making it less cost-effective. At Qinghan, we believe in practicality — we recommend 500 pieces for a better unit price. For larger quantities, you can enjoy even greater savings. Please contact our sales manager for detailed pricing.
4. Are there any limitations on the shape of my label or accessory?
Not at all! With our advanced techniques, we can produce labels and accessories in any shape you need — whether woven labels, hang tags, PVC, TPU, or heat transfer logos. From standard square or round designs to irregular creative shapes, we can bring your vision to life.
5. What types of production techniques does Qinghan offer? Can you meet my diverse customization needs?
At Qinghan, we provide a full range of garment accessory customization techniques to meet all your needs.
This includes but is not limited to: embroidery, woven labels, silicone, PVC, TPU, leather, webbing, and fabric labels.
Advanced design options: flat, 3D, combined multi-tech, ink printing, silicone printing.
Additional features: magnetic effect, thermo-chromatic, photo-chromatic, temperature-sensitive, metallic finishes, multi-angle patterns.
Backside finishing: Velcro, heat-press backing, sewing-on, and more.
Our experienced product managers will recommend the most suitable solution for your brand.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
For simple products：The sample time is approximately 5-7 working days.
The bulk order will be completed around 7-10 working days after samples confirmed.
Express delivery: You can arrange to pick up the goods from our factory, or we can use a cooperative courier company to assist you with shipping. Usually with a shipping time of about a week.
If it involves complex processes or the combination of multiple materials, the time will be increased by 3-5 days on this basis.
Of course, we will try our best to measure according to your order timeline and match your target delivery time as much as possible.
7. What if I find a cheaper alternative elsewhere?
We understand that price matters, but quality is the cornerstone of a brand. Qinghan adheres to the highest standards in production, ensuring that our labels and accessories excel in color fastness, eco-friendliness, and durability — far superior to low-cost alternatives.
