About the Exhibition
Launched in 1995, the intertextile series of fabric exhibitions has adhered to the principles of professionalism and trade orientation, serving enterprises, the industry, and the market. It has earned widespread recognition from exhibitors, visitors, and industry professionals alike. Initially held annually in Shanghai every autumn, the series later expanded to include two annual editions—intertextile fabric and accessories exhibitions—in Shanghai and Shenzhen respectively.
Since 2020, the former intertextile Shenzhen International Textile Fabrics & Accessories Exhibition has been officially renamed intertextile Greater Bay Area International Textile Fabrics & Accessories Exhibition. It relocated from Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an New Venue) that year, and moved back to Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian District) in 2024, boasting a total exhibition area of over 50,000 square meters. Over the years, the exhibition (formerly Shenzhen edition) has been widely acclaimed by all sectors of the textile and apparel industry for promoting innovation, guiding trends, and facilitating business cooperation. It holds particular influence in South China.
The intertextile Greater Bay Area exhibition is co-hosted concurrently at the same venue with three upstream and downstream industrial chain events: yarnexpo Greater Bay Area International Yarn Exhibition, CHIC Greater Bay Area International Apparel & Fashion Exhibition, and PH Value Greater Bay Area International Knitting Exhibition. As the largest professional textile exhibition in the Greater Bay Area, it will continue to scale up, enrich product categories, and enhance innovation-driven offerings—delivering a visual feast of fabrics for textile and apparel professionals, while building an efficient platform for industry exchange and business matching.
