Important Instructions Before Ironing Patches
CAUTION:
1. Please conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment prior to operation, to avoid any transfer issues caused by data discrepancies or other technical deviations;
2. Please note that heat press machines and working environments may vary from one factory to another. We kindly recommend adjusting the heat press settings based on actual results to achieve the best application effect;
3. Before applying the heat transfer labels in bulk production, please make sure to test them using the same fabric batch as the actual order. We strongly recommend starting with a small-batch test to confirm that the heat press settings and washing performance meet your company’s standards before proceeding to mass production;
4. During mass production, it is important to have trained personnel closely monitor the process. Quality checks should be carried out every two hours to ensure that improper operation or inconsistent parameters by individual workers do not affect the final heat press results.
Recommended standard heat press settings (for reference only):
Final parameters should be based on tests using the actual fabric from the bulk production lot.

Specific Operations Before And During Ironing
As the fabric materials may vary between batches, the recommended settings might differ accordingly. Please make sure to fully understand the operating procedures before application.
Steps 1
Pre-Press Check:
Before starting the heat press process, please verify the following to ensureaccurate application:
- a. Whether the air pressure from the
compressor matches the actual required
value - b. Whether the displayed temperature
matches the actual temperature - c. Whether the set press time matches the
actual pressing time - d. Whether the worktable surface is level
After setting the correct air pressure, temperature, and press time, use a temperature probe to check whether the heat plate maintains consistent temperature at all four corners and the center. The temperature difference should generally not exceed ±2°C.
Steps 2
Placement Instructions Before Heat Pressing:
(There are two application methods: front pressing and reverse pressing)
Front Pressing: Place the fabric on the bottom and the label on top. Cover the label surface with a heat-resistant rotective sheet.
Reverse Pressing: Place the label on the bottom and the fabric on top. Cover the top of the fabric with a heat-resistant protective sheet.
Steps 3
Press Operation:
When the set pressing time is complete, the heat press will
automatically lift. Carefully remove the pressed item.
- Hot Peel: The film can be peeled off about 5 seconds after pressing.
- Cold Peel: Place the pressed fabric aside and wait until it has completely cooled down before peeling off the film.

For simple products：The sample time is approximately 5-7 working days.
The bulk order will be completed around 7-10 working days after samples confirmed.
Express delivery: You can arrange to pick up the goods from our factory, or we can use a cooperative courier company to assist you with shipping. Usually with a shipping time of about a week.
If it involves complex processes or the combination of multiple materials, the time will be increased by 3-5 days on this basis.
Of course, we will try our best to measure according to your order timeline and match your target delivery time as much as possible.
